A book providing an in-depth architectural walking tour of the redeveloped King’s Cross area in London.  Read more

— The redevelopment of King’s Cross turned a once tired part of the city into a dynamic centre for business, education and culture. So when we were asked by the Architects’ Journal to design a book guiding the reader around the site, we knew vibrancy was key. A fluorescent orange colour treatment gave us the desired impact for the cover, while inside we kept the layout and typography clean and simple allowing the photography to take prominence. And as the book gives readers a tour of the new development, we wrapped a detachable map around it. With photography the focus, the pages suitably showcase the redevelopment, navigating the reader in tandem with the beautifully drawn map.
